Students typically divide up into groups of three or four at this point. Students are challenged to make sure they have a group where everyone has something to offer. One memeber may be good at writing, one very out going and able to talk to people, and one with a firm knowledge base in the science involved. Three very smart kids without one member who can make contacts and convince people won't be very successful.
